Fort Campbell, KY – Governor Steve Beshear has ordered all state office building flags to half staff tomorrow in remembrance of a Fort Campbell soldier who died last week in battle. 28-year-old Specialist David Lutes of Frostburg, Maryland died Thursday in Landstuhl, Germany after sustaining wounds in the Nangahar province two days earlier. Insurgents attacked Lutes's unit with an improvised explosive device.
