Frankfort, KY – Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear has ordered all flags at state office buildings lowered to half-staff today in honor of a Fort Campbell soldier who died earlier this month. The tribute honors 27-year-old Scott Nagorski who died in a small-arms attack in Afghanistan.
