Frankfort, KY – The Kentucky Department of Labor Statistics reports all but seven of the state's 120 counties had lower unemployment rates in October. Three western Kentucky counties had some of the lowest numbers. Carlisle County had the 5th lowest at 7-point-3 percent. Calloway County posted 7-point-4 percent, and Caldwell County had 7-point-8 percent unemployed.
