Western Kentucky – National Weather Service forecasters say isolated storms could bring as much as three inches of rain and flooding to parts of the region. A flood advisory is in effect for Daviess, Henderson, McLean, Union, Webster, Crittenden and Livingston counties through 5:45 today. A flood advisory for Ballard, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman and McCracken counties remains through 5:15 PM. The entire region is on a flood watch through midnight.
