Illinois – Illinois Governor Pat Quinn has granted clemency for 20 individuals. Prisoner Review Board general counsel Ken Tupy says that's out of nearly 50 requests. Most of the offenders were granted pardons from their crimes with the option to request their records be expunged. Since taking office, Quinn has granted 317 pardons.
