Murray, KY – Murray State leads all Kentucky regional universities in the rate of students earning bachelor degrees. According to the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education Murray State has been the top regional university for graduation since 2001. The Paducah Sun reports Murray State's graduation rate is currently second only to the University of Kentucky. The latest data on graduation rates in 2009 shows Murray State's graduation rate up from 48.9% to 49.6%.
