Paducah, KY – Three Paducah residents are in police custody after a traffic stop for failure to wear a seatbelt led to multiple drug-related and stolen property charges. Kentucky State Police officers arrested 59-year-old Larry Byassee on charges he was driving under the influence, trafficking in marijuana and meth, receiving stolen property and several other charges. 48-year-old Janet Byassee and 26-year-old Samuel Oatsvall were later arrested at Byassee's home, where police say they discovered a methlab, quantities of drugs and more stolen property.
