Murray, KY – In weekend Racer Basketball, the Lady Racers fell to Kentucky Friday 91-59 and to Louisiana Lafayatte 79-66. The Men's team ended their run at the 76 Classic tournament in Annahiem, CA with a Friday loss to the University of Nevada Las Vegas: 69-55 and another loss last night against Oklahoma State University. The racers lost that match 66-49.
In other weekend OVC regional results, the Austin Peay State Governors beat the Charleston Southern Buccaneers 70-64 but lost to the Oakland Golden Grizzlies 78-70. The UT Martin Skyhawks lost to Lipscomb's Bisons 90-71. Austin Peay's Lady Governors lost to SIU Edwardsville 60-72 and to SIU Carbondale 76-64.
