Fulton, KY – Founders of the region's Four Rivers Scholarship Foundation will be honored today by the Kentucky School Boards Association for their work. Rudolph Tire owner Robbie Rudolph and four area school districts will be honored for implementing the program, which offers some $150,000 annually in scholarships, books and programs. Those school systems include: Fulton County, Fulton Independent, Carlisle County and Hickman County Schools. The Paducah Sun reports School Board Association officials plan to recognize the foundation's work at ceremony this morning at Fulton High School.
