Hopkinsville, KY – Four juveniles have pled guilty to home invasions at Amish and Mennonites homes in Christian and Todd counties. Commonwealth Attorney Lynn Pryor says all were charged as adults. Pryor says their plea agreements range from 27 to 10 year sentences, depending on the juvenile's level of involvement. Eighteen-year-old Dachri Scott and 16-year-old Raul Hernandez were charged as violent offenders. Both participated in all nine home invasions, and threatened the family members at gunpoint. A fifth juvenile plans to enter a plea agreement next week. Pryor says the Commonwealth chose to seek the agreements to protect the victims from the publicity of a trial. The juveniles will serve time at the McCracken County Detention Center until their 18th birthdays, when they will again go before a judge for possible transfer to an adult prison or probation.
