Henry County, TN – An elderly couple has been shot to death in the Buchanan, TN area. Police describe the suspect as a white male with blond hair who could be driving a white Ford F150 pickup truck. They say he is armed and dangerous. The Paris Post-Intelligencer reports the couple was found in their home about 8:40 this morning during a safety check. No motive has been released. Henry County Sheriff Monte Belew says both victims were in their mid-80s and lived off Highway 119 since for over 10 years. The shootings are believed to be related to an earlier incident nearby when a woman called 911 and reported a man had abducted her at gunpoint before she got away. Checkpoints were set up in the area.
