Clarksville, TN – A US District Judge has dismissed a former Clarksville, Tennessee police officer's discrimination lawsuit against the city. Judge John Nixon dismissed Raymond Davis, Senior's lawsuit on grounds of insufficient evidence. Davis claimed he was the victim of a hostile work environment, discrimination and retaliation after he was fired in 2009. Police Chief Al Ansley tells the Clarksville Leaf Chronicle he was relieved to hear of the case's dismissal.
