Frankfort, KY – All drought conditions for the state of Kentucky have been lifted. The Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet lifted the ban this morning in all 50 counties under a Level 2 drought and the 43 additional counties under a Level 1. Rainfall levels remain below normal, but recent storms have reduced the impacts of drought, including the threat of wildfire.
