Frankfort, KY – All drought conditions for Kentucky have been lifted. The state Energy and Environment Cabinet lifted the ban yesterday in all 50 counties under a Level 2 drought and the 43 additional counties under a Level 1. Rainfall remains below normal, but recent storms have reduced the impacts of drought, including the threat of wildfire.
