Murray, KY – The Murray-Calloway County Chamber of Commerce plans to work with city officials to make Murray more business-friendly. That announcement follows a recent business survey, in which local businesses rated city departments and the ease of doing business mostly average in Murray. Chamber President Lance Allison says many complained city employees were rude and difficult to work with. Allison says officials want to raise the quality of service Murray provides business owners. He says City Administrator Matt Mattingly has already met with department heads and presented the survey results.
