Frankfort, KY – Kentucky U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell named a new Chief of Staff today. Josh Holmes is currently McConnell's Staff Director for the Senate Republican Communications Center. He has worked for Senator McConnell since 2007. Holmes has also served as the Deputy National Press Secretary for the Republican National Committee. Holmes will replace Billy Piper who had announced his departure earlier this month.
