Murray, KY – Anticipated rains predicted tomorrow prevent Kentucky road crews from pre-treating area highways in advance of freezing temperatures and snow. Kentucky Transportation Cabinet spokesman Keith Todd says warm temperatures for tomorrow could mean less chance of the late night snow sticking. In that case, road crews would not treat roads at all. Todd expects storms to move in and out quickly, but says if heavy accumulation comes through, crews are ready.
