Frankfort, KY – Flags at state office buildings across the Commonwealth will fly at half-staff today in honor of a retired brigadier general from Kentucky. Brigadier General Kenneth Fleenor died over the weekend. He was a Bowling Green native and Air Force veteran, who was shot down over North Vietnam in 1967, where he was held as a prisoner of war for more than five years.
