Paducah, KY – A 16-year-old Paducah boy is hospitalized at Nashville's Vanderbilt University Medical Center after police contend he was shot in the chest Sunday while playing Russian Roulette.' Paducah Police Sergeant Brian Lair says the boy initially told officers he was shot by a moving car, but later recanted the story. Police say a 15-year-old boy has admitted to shooting the victim and hiding the handgun he used. His charges include first-degree assault, tampering with evidence and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Police have not identified either teen.
