Cairo, IL – An Alexander County, Illinois wreck Monday evening killed two drivers. Police say 18-year-old Allen Parker and 54-year-old Rose Johnson-Wiggins collided head-on while traveling on State Highway 3. The Paducah Sun reports Illinois State Police have yet to determine the wreck's cause.
