Hopkinsville, KY – Recently elected and re-elected Hopkinsville officials will be sworn in at a meeting this evening. Incumbent Mayor Dan Kemp and 12 council members take the oath of office at five at the council chambers. Kemp begins his second term as Hopkinsville mayor.
