Paducah, KY – McCracken County Sheriff's deputies investigating the death of 2-year-old Conner Bachuss say he may have died from suffocation. Sheriff's Detective Sergeant Devin Brewer says a medical examiner told him Conner's injuries were consistent with suffocation. Brewer says he's still waiting for further medical reports. According to The Paducah Sun, 24-year-old Ronald Sanders was arrested December 22nd in connection with the toddler's death. A special grand jury returned an indictment of Sanders for murder December 23rd.
