Paducah, KY – A tornado watch is in effect until 7 PM for counties in far western Kentucky. The National Weather Service has issued the watch for Ballard, Hickman, McCracken, Carlisle, and Fulton counties. A tornado watch indicates conditions are favorable for the formation of a tornado.
