Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Mayor-elect Kim McMillan and six City Council members will be sworn in at a ceremony this afternoon at 4:00pm. The public is invited to attend the civic event taking place at the Roxy Regional Theatre downtown. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports Tennessee Criminal Appeals Judge Robert Wedemeyer will do the honors. Of the six elected city council members, two are new: Nick Steward of Ward One and Kaye Jones of Ward 11 will be sworn in alongside incumbents Deanna McLaughlin, Marc Harris, Geno Grubbs and Bill Summers.
