Mayfield, KY – The Mayfield-Graves County Needline is reopening next week following a three month closure from lack of funds. Needline provides utility and medical assistance to families in crisis. Board Chairman Laura Anderson says recent fundraisers and donations have revitalized the program. Anderson says Needline has instituted stricter guidelines for assistance to stretch the funding further. She says volunteers plan to continue fundraising for the program. The county food pantry has remained open during the financial assistance shutdown.
