Benton, KY – A man charged with a 2007 Marshall County murder and arson will face a re-trial in late March. Circuit Judge Dennis Foust yesterday set aside five days on the court docket to allow the state attorney general's office to prosecute 40-year-old George Luna. The Paducah Sun reports Luna is accused of killing Debra Hendrickson and setting fire to her home over three years ago. A jury sentenced Luna to life in prison during his original trial in 2008, but the state Supreme Court threw out that verdict on several legal discrepancies.
