Louisville, KY – Long-time Jefferson County Clerk Bobbie Holsclaw says she's considering a run for the Republican nomination for Governor, but won't file until she is joined by a strong lieutenant gubernatorial candidate. Senate President David Williams and Louisville businessman Phil Moffett have both entered the Republican primary. On the democratic side, Governor Steve Beshear is running for a second term. He's drawn opposition from Otis Hensley of Harlan County. Perennial candidate Gatewood Galbraith is running as an independent.
