Paducah, KY – A western Kentucky woman has been charged as part of the investigation into the December 10th death of 21-year-old CaSondra Evrard. WPSD-TV reports that a McCracken County grand jury handed up an indictment late last week of 43-year-old Denise Marshall, charging her with complicity to kidnapping. Three others, 21-year-old Jasmine Taylor and her parents, 44-year-old Jamie Taylor and 46-year-old Mark Taylor, were arrested and charged last month. Marshall is Mark Taylor's sister. She is in the McCracken County Regional Jail on a $1 million cash bond. Sheriff Jon Hayden says detectives believe the Taylors lured Evrard to their home under false pretenses. Family had reported that Evrard was last seen at the Taylor home. Evrard's body was discovered on December 11th near a creek. Her death was ruled a homicide from sharp force injuries.
