Mayfield, KY – A representative from the Tennessee Valley Authority presented a check to the Mayfield-Graves County Habitat for Humanity today. The $2,000 donation will go toward building energy efficient and affordable homes in the county. The Graves County habitat is working to build homes designed by University of Kentucky architecture students. The home designs are "net-zero," which means they nullify any carbon emissions. Local high school students will assist in the home building.
