Hopkinsville, KY – Snow and ice led to a small turnout at last night's Community Conversation meeting in Hopkinsville. Mayor Dan Kemp says between 25 and 30 people attended the event compared to around fifty city officials who were on hand to answer questions. Kemp says folks suggested ideas for park improvements and uses for public land. Kemp has made park improvements a top agenda item this year. Some residents also volunteered to be part of committees for the county vision plan. City officials will hold another Community Conversation in March.
