Murray, KY – The defendants charged in a Murray home invasion last July are back in court at the end of January. Cortez Beckman and Terance Silas both face attempted murder charges for attacking Murray businessman Chuck Wynn. Monta Harper, Laken Knight, and Haley Petty are also charged in connection to the home invasion. All are set to appear in Calloway Circuit Court January 24 for pretrial hearings. A February trial date is pending. Another suspect faces misdemeanor charges in district court.
