Oak Grove, KY – Oak Grove's Police Chief has returned to his post days after a grand jury declined to indict him for stealing city property. The Kentucky New Era reports Chief Milton Perry was accused of taking city property, including a generator, for personal use. A Kentucky State Police investigation found insufficient evidence against Perry, who claimed to be storing the property because the city lacked sufficient storage space.
