Hopkinsville, KY – Republican Senator Rand Paul makes his first visit back to western Kentucky after being sworn in to office. Paul will speak at the Hopkinsville Kiwanis Club meeting tomorrow at noon at the War Memorial Building. Kiwanis members will have the chance to ask the Senator questions during the event.
