Frankfort, KY – The Kentucky Community and Technical College System is participating in a new accountability system to measure its institutional success. It's called the Voluntary Framework of Accountability and is intended to create chartable data to measure the institution's successes or short-comings by comparing it to almost 40 other two-year institutions nationwide. System President Michael McCall says he's excited KCTCS is able to participate in the pilot program.
