Paducah, KY – Paducah Police are investigating the origin of seven pipe bombs found in the trash this morning. An employee found the bombs at the Commercial Waste transfer station. Bomb squad commander Sergeant Will Gilbert says the devices were inert. The squad did not locate any other explosives in the area. Gilbert says the intent behind the pipe bombs is still unknown. Anyone with information should call the Paducah Police Department.
