Murray, KY – Advent Mining's processing plant in Sebree has received national honors for having gone over three years without a lost-time accident. The Madisonville Messenger reports the plant received the safety award from the Mine Safety and Health Administration and the National Mining Association. As of Wednesday, the plant has gone 1,145 days without a lost-time accident. Its previous record was 337 days.
