Paducah, KY – Four family members charged in connection to a Paducah kidnapping and murder pleaded not guilty in McCracken Circuit Court yesterday. 46-year-old Mark Taylor, 44-year-old Jamie Taylor, 21-year-old Jasmine Taylor and 43-year-old Denise Marshall have pre-trial conferences set for early next month. The Paducah Sun reports the four suspects allegedly lured 21-year-old CaSondra Evrard to their home under false pretenses in order to confront her. Evrard's body was later discovered near a creek. The suspects are being held on over $1 million bonds.
