Mayfield, KY – A Graves County High School sophomore faces charges related to threatening another student with bringing a gun to school. A school system warning kept about a third of the student population from attending classes Friday. Sheriff Dewayne Redmon tells WPSD-TV despite the juvenile's threat; it appears he did not have access to a firearm. The young man is expected to be in court next Tuesday.
