Murray, KY – The Murray Calloway County Hospital board has chosen Jerome Penner as CEO. Penner will take over April 1. He is retiring from 29 years in the United States Army, where he has served in the Medical Command. Penner's assignments have included deployments to Iraq, and time at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital in Fort Campbell. Penner most recently headed the hospital at Lewis-McHord, Washington. He was born in Radcliff, KY, and attended Murray State University. Penner takes over from CEO Keith Bailey, who retired in November.
