Louisville, KY – In a list of over 60 businesses, only a few western Kentucky-based companies made this years' rankings of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky. The State Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management oversee the list. Selection involves an employee policy assessment and an internal employee survey. Jackson Purchase Medical Associates of Paducah was included in the small and medium size business categories. Two regional banks, Heritage of Hopkinsville, and Indepedence Bank of Owensboro were included in Best Large size companies. Specific rankings will be announced in April.
