Frankfort, KY – Kentucky State Treasurer Todd Hollenbach has qualified to seek a second term on the Democratic ticket. Hollenbach will have opposition in the May primary from Steve Hamrick of Louisville. Hamrick, a former Republican, qualified yesterday. Republican K.C. Crosbie of Lexington is also in the race. She's a three-term Urban County Council member.
