Louisville, KY – The Kentucky Community and Technical College System is joining other high education institutions in the Commonwealth that are renting textbooks. KCTCS Spokesperson Teena Hammond says this is the first semester the 16 colleges are offering textbook rentals. She says about 20 percent of titles are available for rental. Many four year institutions in Kentucky, including Murray State University, rent textbooks.
