Charlestown, MO – Skeletal remains discovered earlier this month along the Mississippi River bank in Missouri have been identified as those of a swimmer who went missing last August near Cairo, Illinois. The remains have been identified through dental records as those of 20-year-old Eli Culp. WPSD-TV reports authorities plan to release Culp's remains to a funeral home of his family's choice.
