Paducah, KY – A Paducah woman is in police custody on theft and credit card fraud charges. Police say 42-year-old Lisa Edwards took more than $12,000 worth of costumes and accessories from Halloween City. Edwards was the General Manager of the seasonal business. Police found over 40 boxes full of merchandise in Edwards' garage during an investigation into allegations she used a customer's lost debit card at several area businesses.
