Murray, KY – Several schools in our region are letting out early ahead of snowfall this afternoon. The following is the latest available from schools in our region.
McCracken County Schools will release early today, January 20. All middle and high schools will release at 11:30 am, followed by elementary schools at approximately 12:00.
Christian County Schools are closing early today due to winter weather. Elementary schools will close at 11:30 am and middle and high schools will close a 12:30 pm. A connect-ed call has gone out to parents.
Trigg County Schools will close at 12:00 noon on Thursday, January 20, 2011 due to snow conditions.
The Graves County Schools are dismissing early due to inclement weather Thursday, Jan. 20, on this schedule: Morning preschool at 10:45 a.m. Afternoon preschool is canceled. All elementary schools except Central at 11:30 a.m. Graves County Central Elementary at 11:45 a.m. Middle and High Schools at noon. In addition, Lyon County Schools, Marshall County Schools, and Mayfield Head Start are closed for the afternoon.
