Murray, KY – Carl Holder was named the new interim City Manager for Paris, Tennessee today. City officials held a meeting this morning in response to former manager Jack Tarkington's resignation earlier this week. Holder has previously served as Executive Director of the Paris/Henry County Economic Development Corporation.
