Paducah, KY – Newly-appointed Paducah City Manager Jeff Pederson says he's still learning the local ropes, but looks forward to several upcoming projects. Pederson tells the Paducah Sun he will be conducting a study looking into city worker salaries and job responsibilities. He says the study will ensure internal equity and establish a pay progression plan. Pederson says he's also interested in following the proposed city-county merger and getting involved with riverfront redevelopment, especially at the former Executive Inn site.
