Paducah, KY – McCracken County plans to sue the city of Paducah over the corridor annexation of property along Schneidman Road. Fiscal Court members yesterday voted to file a lawsuit over the annexation, which added a sliver of railroad right of way along I-24 to the city limits, in order to connect with more than 100 acres of land owned by Paducah Power and the Tennessee Valley Authority. The Paducah Sun reports the lawsuit will likely be drafted and filed sometime next week.
