Murray, KY – A Murray woman pleaded guilty Monday to second-degree manslaughter in the shooting death of Kenneth Ray Brogdon last February. 38-year-old Kelly Agee was facing a murder charge for shooting her former boyfriend, but prosecutors accepted the reduced charge in light of new evidence. Brogdon was violating a domestic violence order barring him from seeing Agee when she shot him. Sentencing is scheduled February 28.
