Murray, KY – A Clarksville, Tennessee man Monday pleaded guilty to a number of charges in a 2009 Calloway County DUI fatality. 22-year-old James P'Poole pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol. Prosecutors recommend a 10-year prison sentence. Circuit Judge Dennis Foust will sentence P'Poole in late February. According to Police reports, P'Poole sideswiped a Pepsi truck on US-641 causing it to hit a tree and killing the driver 52-year-old Donny Houston.
